Meetings of the Silver Lake Centennial Committee are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall.

Golf Outing – Monday, October 1st

A Golf Outing at Silver Lake Country Club is scheduled for Monday, October 1st. The Mayor would like to thank Brian and Debbie Fetzer for stepping up to chair this event. Please contact Brian and Debbie or Mayor Hovey if you are interested in volunteering. Please the forms below to sign up!

Centennial Gala – Saturday, October 6th

A celebratory cocktail party will be held from 6 pm to 7:30 pm followed by the main attraction, Mentalist Brent Webb, which starts at 7:45 pm. You will be dazzled by his skills!

Gala to be held at Silver Lake Country Club. More information to follow.

 

Centennial Celebration Finale – Sunday, October 7th

This picnic, located at the Pavilion behind the baseball field, is free to all residents and will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.

 

 

Other Centennial Information

Centennial Coloring Book

There is a Centennial Coloring Book for sale which includes pictures drawn by students from Silver Lake Elementary. These books are available for purchase at Village Hall for $3 each.

Centennial Brick Form (click here)

The Silver Lake Centennial Committee is selling commemorative bricks to be used in a project to be determined at Christmas Tree Island (adjacent to the gazebo). The goal is to sell 500 bricks. The first brick order has been submitted and the bricks are currently being engraved.

You can stop into Village Hall to add a brick to the waiting list. Once 25 bricks are on the waiting list, another order may be submitted.

Construction on the patio has begun as of Thursday, August 9th.

Centennial Poster

Resident artist Jack Mulhollen has painted the Official Centennial Village Poster. Limited edition Giclee print #1 is currently on display at Village Hall. Prints #2 through #50 have all been sold and print #1 is the only one left and will be raffled off. Raffle tickets cost $10 each or 3 tickets for $20. Raffle tickets are available for purchase at Village Hall (check or cash).
