HHW RECYCLING CENTER WILL BE REOPENING JUNE 2, 2016

HOURS: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Every Thursday, June through the end of September

Summit County residents can now properly dispose of household hazardous waste.  There is no charge for acceptable materials and a minimal fee for tires.  The center is located at:

1201 Graham Road
Stow, OH  44224
next door to Carter Lumber

Household materials that can be accepted at the recycling center include:

  • oil based paint
  • pesticides
  • solvent based paint
  • stains
  • shellac
  • varnish
  • household cleaner
  • preservatives
  • roof coatings
  • driveway sealer
  • caulks
  • bleach
  • acids
  • pool chemicals
