Summit County will be spraying Silver Lake for mosquitos this Thursday, July 25, weather permitting Spraying starts at about 8:30pm.
The Silver Lake Festival, hosted and sponsored by the Silver Lake Garden Club, is this Saturday, July 20. Always a good time, with lots of food, games and other activities, be sure to come and enjoy. It will be hot, so make sure you stay hydrated. Looking forward to seeing you there.
The second concert of the summer will be this Sunday, July 14, from 4pm until 6pm, at the gazebo. Come enjoy music and the company of friends. Jimmy's Backyard BBQ will be there to sell food and drinks. Hope to see you there.

Due to the July 4 holiday, Kimble will not be picking up trash this Friday. Instead our trash service this week will be done on Saturday, July 6. Please do not place your trash at the curb until Friday evening at 6pm, at the earliest.

As of 5/31/19, we have had 16 additional orders for new bricks at the gazebo. This leaves us 9 short of the required 25 we need to place an order. I will extend the deadline for new orders for another week. 9 more bricks is all we need. Place an order today.
We have had reports of vehicles picking up nails and other debris on Graham Road. Several flat tires have occurred. Avoid this area whenever possible. Failing that, use caution when traveling on Graham Road. The repaving project should be completed by the end of the month.
